Testing the Leg
The wooden post before me smelled of dry wax and dust. Broad. Solid. I lowered my stance, planting both bare feet against the worn floorboards until the grain bit back. Then, one strike. Palm directly into the corner of the wood. A dull thud shook through my forearm, vibrating up into the beads at my throat. It refused to shift even a fraction. A worthy mass. I rested my hand against the dense edge, letting the sting settle into cold certainty. Power requires resistance.#kyokushinkatate#StreetFighter #seiyukarate#akuma
