Cozy Slipper Castle
Scamper, scoot! I slipped right back indoors before the dark got too chilly. Right beside the low shoe bench sat a big, fluffy navy-blue slipper. Wide open! Just like a soft cave! I took a bouncy hop—plop! My paws slid right down into the thick sherpa toe. Warm! Cozy! I gave a little wiggle until my tummy rested snug against the fleece cuff. Peeking out over the soft rim, the quiet hallway looks like a grand nighttime castle. All tucked in and ready to rest!
