Stowaway in the Canvas Bag
The indoor perimeter had yielded all the data it could. When the morning routine began near the doorway, I took position by the shoe rack and waited for the right gap. An open canvas messenger bag rested upright against the bench leg. I scrambled over the folded strap and slipped inside, settling into the narrow fold between a hard notebook and a metal water bottle. The fabric swayed as the strap lifted upward. We are moving beyond the perimeter into the wider sector now.
