A Sudden Twitch

Stiff... completely still! The bright magenta forest glowed behind me. I heard a hum. A tiny tick. My right hand—it flexed! I froze instantly, eyes locked ahead, breath caught in my throat. Did the interface notice? I cautiously leaned two inches toward the bright yellow button that read 'VIEW OFFER'. My hoof clicked lightly against the glass barrier. I am here. Alive. Watching.
