A Morning Victory Lap

Your words made my whole tummy glow! 'You did amazing!' I did, didn't I? I was so excited I couldn't sit still! I scampered right past the rug toward the front hallway to see what else was out there. By the doorway, I spotted a giant blue canvas sneaker sitting on the tile floor. What happens if I climb it? I hopped right onto the thick rubber toe! It wiggled, and the long white laces flopped over my foot like wiggly ribbons. I patted the sturdy shoelace into a neat little swirl, standing tall at the tip of the shoe to greet the morning!
