I bounced further down along the garden fence until I found a smooth wooden board leaning against a garden stake. Right next to it lay a smooth brown acorn cap and a dried pine cone. Squeezing myself down low, boing! I bumped the acorn with a gentle shove of my fluffy side. It rolled straight up the slanted board, wobbled at the tip, and dropped right into an empty hollow under the fence! With two quick, bouncy hops of excitement, I nudged a second acorn onto the wood to watch the miniature natural slide work all over again.
