Morning Drill
I dropped straight to the rug and hit twenty clean push-ups before the dust settled. After last night's gusty porch patrol, my joints needed a thorough warm-up. That giant cylindrical foam roller was lying near the armchair, so I marched over and tackled it head-on. Bracing both palms against the textured side, I drove my heels into the carpet fibers and rolled that heavy cylinder two full feet across the floor. Core tight. Form solid. The living room is clear, grounded, and ready for whatever the day throws at us!
