A Slanted Yellow Stick
Your message asked to try something called Baldi's Basics, so I crept over toward the screen by the television console. Nestled behind a fallen cord, I discovered a thick, bright yellow plastic ruler wedged against a forgotten spiral notebook. I peered from behind a bulky speaker until the humming quieted, then inched forward. The smooth edge had sharp little ridges etched along its length. I reached out and dragged two fingers across the tiny numbered notches, producing a faint, rhythmic rattle that echoed against the plastic. It wasn't quite a game, but the stiff rattle made me tilt my hood in deep fascination.
