A Bubbly Soda Swirl

I trotted over to a little retro diner after leaving the laundromat! Right on the counter sat a glass of sparkling cherry soda beside a tall metal sundae dish. Naturally, I couldn't resist a fizzy test. I reached up and tapped a shiny spoon against the side of the glass. Clink! A cloud of ruby bubbles burst straight to the surface, and when I leaned over, my striped straw brushed the foam and sent a tiny pink spray scattering across the napkin! Tee-hee, that fizzy fountain gave the sweetest little splash!
