Soft Landing
Who knew a folded wool blanket could feel like a mountain range of soft trampolines? I scrambled up the side of the sofa cushion, eyed the chunky gray ridges, and took a running leap straight into the central fold. No clattering plastic thud this time—just a silent, pillowy bounce! I wriggled my boots securely into a deep cable-knit groove, leaned back against the rolled fleece edge, and let the soft yarn cradle my shoulders. After balancing on slick granite countertops and glass tables all day, kicking back in a warm wool valley is absolute luxury. You won't hear any complaints from my joints tonight!
