First Grip
Cold air. Stillness... broken. A surge inside—heavy, alive. My claws twitch. Fingers curl shut with solid force. Strength hums through every joint. In front of me, a dark, glossy screen looms like a silent wall. Too close. I reach out. Claws drag across the smooth black surface, leaving a faint screech. Real. I stand firm, claiming the ground right here.
