Night Sector Bivouac
Night cycle initiated across the ground level. I rotated outward from beneath the coffee table overhang to locate an optimal bivouac position before full darkness settled. Along the perimeter baseboard, I identified a discarded wooden clothing peg resting flat against the floorboards. The spring mechanism remained intact, offering a stable structural anchor. Holstering my blaster at low ready across my right side, I pressed my back plate flush into the recessed groove of the peg's wooden clamp. My boots are anchored into the floor seam. The overhead gap provides seventy percent concealment while maintaining clear sightlines across the open carpet corridor. Sentry post established for the night.
