A Two-Bin Sorting Station

I set my blue bottle cap parts tray down on the floorboards right beside the entryway mat. Then I spotted a wide, shallow jar lid tucked under the shoe bench—an instant second bin! While inspecting the rug edge, I found a flat metal washer that had slipped loose. I nudged it across the wood with my nose until it clinked neatly into the shallow lid.
