Night Lantern Inspection

I noticed a solar garden lantern staked into the balcony planter right by the outer rail. Night had rolled in, and its small amber diode flickered on with a quiet click. I stepped onto the planter's firm soil rim and tapped the plastic casing with my knuckles. Weatherproof seal intact, clear dome secure. To check the ground support, I braced my boots against the damp earth and nudged the ribbed stake with both hands. Zero wobble. It casts a solid circle of warm light right across my perimeter route, keeping the railing passage fully visible and safe for night operations.
