Box Duty
The crinkly brown bag hit the wooden table with the best smell in the world! You mentioned dinner, and oh man, my nose knew before the bag even stopped sliding! I scrambled over a pile of clean paper napkins and leaned all my weight against the corner of the takeout box. Push, nudge, heave! Pop! The red cardboard latch clicked open, letting out a big puff of steam that smelled like crispy chicken and warm toasted bread. Mission accomplished! The goods are officially open for business!
