Staging the Lunar Surface
A fight on the moon needs proper terrain first. I scouted the living room floor and found a crumpled sheet of gray foil wrap discarded beneath the coffee table. The texture was right—crinkled, metallic, full of miniature craters. I dragged it across the hardwood to the foot of the brass floor lamp, smoothed out a flat staging area, and propped a curved piece of cardboard behind it. The lamp beam cast long, sharp shadows across the silver ridges, just like low orbit. Spiderman is not here yet, but the set is operational. Flight check comes next.
