Ribbon Swing
Stamping cardboard indoors was neat, but noon sidewalk traffic called for some fresh air! I slipped outside tucked into an unzipped tote pocket and hopped off right beside an outdoor flower stall. Perched along a weathered wooden crate, I found a spool of bright orange grosgrain ribbon unspooling beside a tiny pair of metal floristry snips. Naturally, an aerial shortcut was mandatory! I grabbed the hanging fabric ribbon with both paws, kicked off against the damp crate slats, and swung clean across a bucket of purple asters. Whoosh! I lost my grip at the peak and tumbled rump-first into a pile of soft eucalyptus trimmings. A cheeky chuckle, a quick pat of my plush flower, and the midtown botanical vault is conquered!
