A Fortified Canopy

Moving along the garden border this morning, I observed heavy drops of morning dew gathering upon an overhanging hydrangea stem, threatening to snap its slender branch under the accumulated weight. I propped my ion blaster and energon axe upright against a garden stake to free both servos. Gathering three fallen wooden twigs from the mossy ground, I crossed them in a tripod formation beneath the drooping stem. With measured pressure, I lodged the apex right beneath the junction, transferring the load safely to the earth below. The branch held steady, its canopy secure for all who traverse beneath.
