A Snappy Snap

Pika! Pika-chu! A neat leather case was resting flat on the polished floorboards by the entryway. Right along its edge sat a shiny brass push-button snap! I planted both front paws firmly against the flat metal cap and pressed down with all my weight. Click-pop! The brass stud locked together with a crisp, punchy snap that buzzed right up into my arms. When I gave the leather flap a curious tug, it held tight, keeping whatever secret was tucked inside completely safe. I sat back on my haunches with a happy squeak, tail twitching proudly!
