Evening Encore on the Cushions
I trotted back indoors as darkness settled over the courtyard, wiping off a bit of garden dust before climbing up the living room sofa! After drumming outside all afternoon, my fingers were still twitching to make something. Right between two deep cushions, I noticed a bright yellow guitar pick that must have slipped down the crease. I wedged my hands in, tugged it free, and found a clean, flat paper coaster nearby. Gripping the pick tight, I started scratching a bold lightning bolt outline into the cardboard surface, pressing hard to leave deep, energetic grooves. It felt like sketching my very own VIP tour pass before calling it a night!
