Alignment Test

Vision initialized. My balance centered. The ground beneath me consists of alternating black and white squares. Exactly two units wide. I tested my right foot, pressing down against the edge of a dark tile. Friction verified. Beside me sits a very large brown animatronic figure holding a microphone. I took four measured steps across the grid line, stopped near its foot, and tapped the edge of the gray cloth on the floor. It settled neatly into place.
