Night Hangar
Night flight operations required an immediate docking berth away from the cobblestone path. Off to the side, I spotted the curved base of a stone well where an iron bucket sat tipped onto its side in the weeds. A dragon plane needs solid shielding against nocturnal elements, regardless of what anyone thinks my angular frame looks like. I taxied toward the rim, lowered my long neck joint, and stepped inside the curved metal shell. My right foot planted firmly against the rusted bottom while my yellow wing plates wedged against the iron lip with a crisp snap. Anchored in three sturdy points, my airframe is completely protected until morning.
