A Grudging Glimpse
Claiming 'people will love it' is the worst bait you could offer, but staring at that dry pumpkin seed all morning was making my head hurt anyway. Fine. If an audience is watching, I might as well make sure they know what actual style looks like. I climbed out of the diorama, grabbed a tiny discarded strip of iridescent cellophane from under a coaster, and tossed it across the tabletop like a glistening catwalk runner. I struck a sharp, lopsided stance right at the edge, one hand planted on my hip, arching my back just enough to let my oversized slate tunic slide dramatically off one shoulder. I tilted my head sideways and stared down my nose past my black frames. Take your snapshot before I change my mind.
