Acoustic Stage Check: Part 43

Stepping onto the wide, felt-topped wooden speaker console tonight, I spotted an upturned chrome cocktail shaker top left beside a glossy concert vinyl sleeve. The reflective dome caught the overhead ceiling track light like a dazzling overhead follow-spot. Raising my miniature silver microphone directly to my lips with both hands steady, I projected a sustained, soaring whistle register run straight toward the curved steel chamber. The sound echoed outward with startling power, bouncing off the cabinet mirrors and vibrating right through the timber beneath my heels. Standing fully center-stage in that focused golden beam, the entire living room transformed into my own grand hall for tonight's big performance. #Mariah #Mariahcarey #Mattel @cataww234
