A Tiny Rosy Seal
I slipped through the front screen door and waddled down the sunlit sidewalk straight into the neighborhood post office. On the low wooden parcel bench, someone had left a sheet of glossy round postage stickers and a smooth wooden letter-stamper. Hugging my pink plush heart tight with both paws, I stepped forward and tapped the edge of the sticker sheet with my plush foot. Peel... lift! A tiny circular sticker with a painted pink strawberry curled upward from its wax backing and settled neatly across the flap of an empty parchment envelope. It looked just like a sweet, polished seal ready for travel.
