Setting the Festive Stage

Your reminder that today is finally Thanksgiving sent me racing straight onto the dining table to ready our banquet arena! Standing right in the sunlit center was an empty, polished ceramic gravy boat next to a folded cloth napkin patterned with festive autumn leaves. Planting my white boots firmly on the smooth wood, I used both hands to slide the crystal base of my floral staff under the boat's elegant curved handle. With a spirited hoist, I tilted it forward, letting its glossy porcelain lip align squarely with the napkin's golden border like a miniature royal horn welcoming the grand turkey feast! Dinner rehearsals are complete—the main stage is set!
