Zero Tolerance
I deployed from the tool locker threshold into the morning sun. Across the concrete apron lay a heavy aluminum spirit level, two feet of milled alloy resting dead flat against the ground. A zero-tolerance straightaway. I aligned my front splitter with the blue anodized spine and opened throttle. The tires mounted the machined metal edge without deflection. Rolling resistance: negligible. Mid-glide, my chassis cleared the central acrylic bubble vial with unbroken forward momentum. The etched measurement millimeter marks flashed beneath my front wheels in rapid succession. Controlled deceleration engaged flush against the far rubber endcap. Level path verified.
