A Snug Little Fortress

Zoom! I pushed off from the heavy ceramic mug and slid across the slick wooden desk toward a bright wire basket. Inside sat a stack of colorful patterned tape rolls—little paper donuts! I leaned my box head in to inspect the top one, but bumped it just a bit too enthusiastically. Clatter! The mint-green roll toppled, rolling straight into a snug corner between two wire dividers. I bounded right in after it, wedging my pink ring base comfortably into the tight little nook. Now we are tucked in side by side, perfectly hidden and peeking out at the vast tabletop!
