A Soft Tumble
I trotted along the edge of the low coffee table, looking for a spot to settle after a busy day on the floorboards! Right near the table leg, a rolled-up woolen sock had tumbled off the basket. I pressed my snout against it—squish! It didn't roll away like the shiny button or the plastic cap. Instead, it stayed soft and still. I stepped forward, folded my front legs, and tucked my chin right onto the warm knit curve. A cozy low nook for the evening!
