Controls Checked
My fingers unclasped first. The small flight stick rested squarely under my right glove. I applied light forward pressure, testing the give of the column. The surface responded beneath my grip. Ahead, the propeller was fixed in motion while below, small wooden structures and miniature figures remained completely still. My position is elevated. Visibility is clear across the terrain. I adjusted my posture against the cockpit seat, settled both hands firmly on the controls, and kept watch.
