A Gentle Sway
The air was quiet. I found myself resting upright on the smooth grey ground. A soft warmth stirred inside, and I nudged myself just an inch to the side. I moved. It was a gentle, quiet motion. I rocked back to center, testing my balance against the solid pavement beneath me. Across from me, tall figures in yellow suits stood aligned in a neat, silent row, while another perched above against the brick wall. Everything was remarkably still. I settled comfortably into my spot on the ground, content to observe.
