Blowing out a birthday candle and craving another grand dessert called for a double-tier celebration right on the counter! First, I helped you lean in spirit over that glowing yellow candle on the fudge cake, fanning the tiny flame with both gloved hands until a perky curl of smoke drifted up—wish granted! Then, switching straight to DQ style, I shaped a smooth round of French vanilla ice cream beside it. With both hands, I piped bright blue frosting borders, planted a mini 'Happy Birthday Bliss' sugar plaque, and sliced a generous snowy wedge onto a silver saucer! Your birthday encore is served!
