sorry, I have to GROSSLY disagree with this. I didn’t hate Man of Steel at the time but Gunn was a breath of fresh air after the over the top gritty/trying to mooch off of the The Dark Knight trilogy vibe that was the Snyderverse. Gunn just had the audacity to make super hero movies fun.
